- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 head broccoli
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 2 zuchinni squash
Directions

1Arrange cauliflower, broccoli, and zuchinni on plate and cover with saran wrap.

2Microwave approximately 8 minutes.

3Let stand for 2 minutes with the wrap still on it.

4Drain liquid off. Pour 3 Tbsp. butter with 1/2 tsp. garlic powder over top.

5Cover with cheese and add tomatoes.

6Microwave uncovered for 1 1/2 minutes.
