  • 2- yellow squash
  • 2- potatoes
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 2- green tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. cornmeal

Directions

    Cube vegetables and place into a bowl.

    Pour buttermilk over vegetables and mix well.

    Pour cornmeal over this and mix well. Fry in a skillet with butter and oil until brown.
