Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. vinegar (red wine)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can LeSueur peas drained
  • 1 can French cut green beans drained
  • 1 can white Shoepeg corn drained
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos drained
  • 1/2 c. celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. carrot finely chopped

    Mix first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil.

    Stir, turn off, let cool.

    Mix next 8 ingredients with cooled dressing mix. Refrigerate overnight.
