Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1/4 c. water (more if needed)
  • 2 medium green and/or red peppers, cut in chunks
  • 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute the garlic and onion in the wine and water for about 5 minutes.

    Add the mushrooms and peppers and continue cooking until everything is tender.
  3. 3
    You can also saute the carrots with the onion.
