- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. water (more if needed)
- 2 medium green and/or red peppers, cut in chunks
- 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute the garlic and onion in the wine and water for about 5 minutes.

2Add the mushrooms and peppers and continue cooking until everything is tender.

3You can also saute the carrots with the onion.
