- 2 cups uncooked dried farfalle (bow tie) pasta
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
- 1 teaspoon purchased minced garlic
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves*
- 8 ounces (2 cups) Cheddar cheese, cubed 1/2-inch
- Salt, if desired
- Pepper, if desired
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.
