  • 2 cups uncooked dried farfalle (bow tie) pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
  • 1 teaspoon purchased minced garlic
  • 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves*
  • 8 ounces (2 cups) Cheddar cheese, cubed 1/2-inch
  • Salt, if desired
  • Pepper, if desired

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; stir in garlic.
