  • 1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine.

    Press in a 10-inch spring-form pan.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 325°.

    Cool.

    Mix the cream cheese, sugar and flour.

    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.

    Blend in sour cream and vanilla; pour over crust.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 250° for an hour.

    Loosen cake from rim.
