- 12 ounces box tri-colored rotini pasta
- 1 jar favorite pasta sauce
- 1/2 can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie)
- 8 ounces frozen spinach
- 8 ounces can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package ingredients, drain and return to pot.

2While pasta is cooking, thaw spinach in microwave according to package, drain.

3Add spinach, pumpkin and spaghetti sauce and chickpeas to pasta and stir to combine.

4Over medium heat, heat until sauce starts to bubble.
