  • 3 tilapia filets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 carotts
  • 1 leek
  • 3 large mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 large tomato
  • 150 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 chopped parsley
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 dill
  • 210 grams precooked rice
  • 1 corn
  • 1 chopped chives

    Thinly slice all veggies and cook in a large pot of water for 15 minutes (except tomatoes)

    In another pot, place the filets, cover with water.

    Add dill, salt and pepper.

    Let cook for 5 minutes

    Preheat a pan with some olive oil, throw in the onions and cooked veggies, including tomatoes.

    Slighty fry, mix in the fish filets, flaking them, so add rice and tomato sauce

    Serve with white wine
