- 4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 6 ounces cream cheese (plain or onion or chive)
- 12 cup chopped black olives
- 5 ounces fresh spinach
- 4 flour tortillas
Directions

1Soak the tomatoes in a bit of water overnight until soft.

2Chop the tomatoes and mix into the cream cheese along with the chopped olives.

3Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the tortillas.

4Liberally cover with spinach, arugula and/or other leafy greens.
