  • 2 tablespoons bacon grease
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • salt & pepper

    using a small iron skillet,heat bacon grease on med heat.

    drain can greenbeans,pour in skillet.

    place onions in center of skillet.

    sprinkle with salt & pepper.

    cover with lid.

    then simmer on low temp for about 10/15 minutes.
