Ingredients

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. crushed crackers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ground pepper to taste
  • 4 servings mashed potatoes with 2 Tbsp. green onion

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients (except the mashed potatoes) into 4 patties.

    Shape over upside-down custard cups.

    Chill up to 1 hour. Place inverted cups in shallow baking pan.

    Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
