  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. dry minced onion

    Stir together oats, flour, cheese and margarine.
