- 3 c. sugar
- juice of 4 lemons
- pinch of salt
- 2 qt. whole milk
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 large can apricots or 2 regular size cans (use juice also)
Directions

1Mash apricots well.

2Pour sugar and lemon juice over apricots; stir until sugar is dissolved.

3Place this mixture in the refrigerator or deep freeze until well chilled.

4Pour into freezer can and stir in whipping cream until well mixed.

5Fill can to the correct level with whole milk and stir.

6Freeze according to your freezer directions.
