  • 4 Hoagie-type bread rolls
  • 2 6-ounce steaks
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Shredded vegetables like lettuce, cabbage and carrots, and tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 Guasacaca
  • 1 Mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, etc
  • 1 Potato sticks

Directions

    Cut the beef into 1 inch pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper.

    Heat a heavy skillet with 1-2 tablespoons of oil, and saute the beef over high until just browned.

    Add the garlic, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes more, or until desired doneness.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Split sandwich rolls lengthwise.
