- 180 ml *Uncooked white rice
- 2 tbsp *Sushi vinegar
- 10 pieces Imitation crab sticks
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Cheese
- 2 sheets Toasted nori seaweed
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sushi vinegar
- 1 Sesame seeds
Directions

1Cook your rice with a little less water than usual.

2When it is done cooking, add the sushi vinegar and use chopping motions to mix it thoroughly.

3Tear the crab sticks into pieces and mix well with the mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of sushi vinegar.

4Cut the avocado into long, thin pieces.

5Spread the rice thinly on the nori seaweed.

6Turn it over and put on the crab sticks, avocado, and cheese.

7Roll it all up, being careful not to squish the filling out.

8Sprinkle the sesame seeds and roll the sushi roll in it to finish.

9Eat it with soy sauce.
