  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 teaspoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

    Cut the Onion into small pieces.

    Dissolve the tamarind in the cup of water.

    Heat the oil in a skillet and put the chilli powder and the onion in the oil while hot.

    Pour the Tamarind water into the oil and stir thoroughly.

    Boil it for 10-13 minutes.

    Serve with boiled rice and clarified butter.
