- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup water
- 5 teaspoons oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
Directions

1Cut the Onion into small pieces.

2Dissolve the tamarind in the cup of water.

3Heat the oil in a skillet and put the chilli powder and the onion in the oil while hot.

4Pour the Tamarind water into the oil and stir thoroughly.

5Boil it for 10-13 minutes.

6Serve with boiled rice and clarified butter.
