- 4 servings Minute rice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- black pepper
- salt
- garlic powder
- 2 lb. deer steak, cubed
- oil
- 2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 3 c. water
Directions

1Salt and pepper a 5 to 6 pound rib roast.

2Pierce roast on all sides with knife.

3Preheat oven at 375°.

4Put roast in baking pan.

5Bake for 1 hour; turn off oven.

6Do not open door!

7When ready to serve, turn oven back on and heat to 375°.

8Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.

9Roast will be crisp on the outside and rare in the middle.
