- 1 to 2 lb. venison
- 1/2 to 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 medium onions, peeled and sliced
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 2 c. tomato juice
Directions

1Cut meat into serving pieces.

2Mix together flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

3Coat meat with seasoned flour and brown on both sides in hot fat.

4Place in greased casserole dish and add the other ingredients.

5Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
