Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 1/2 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • fat
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can Niblets corn
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (not garlic salt)
  • pinch of oregano

Directions

    Boil noodles until tender in salted water and drain. Saute crumbled meat, green pepper and onion in small amount of fat.

    Add other ingredients.

    Put noodles in greased casserole dish and then pour other mixture into noodles.

    Bake for about 30 minutes in a 275° oven.
