- 2 lb. ground venison
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tsp. diced chili pods
Directions

1Fry suet in heavy kettle.

2Add venison.

3Cook, stirring, until browned.

4Stir in remaining ingredients.

5Add enough water to cover.

6Cook slowly for 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally, adding water as needed for desired consistency.

7Serve with pinto beans.
