- 2 lb. ground venison
- 3 cloves garlic/garlic powder
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. oregano flakes
- 1 or 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 cans kidney beans
Directions

1Brown meat in just enough oil to keep from sticking.

2Add garlic, onions, oregano and red pepper flakes.

3To this add 2 cans tomato sauce.

4Stir well and continue to cook.

5Add chili powder and kidney beans, undrained.

6Add 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin if desired. Simmer mixture, uncovered, adding small amounts of water if too thick; stir occasionally.

7Cook at least 2 hours.
