  • 1/2 lb. ground venison
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 16 oz. mashed hot chili beans
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 4 oz. jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
