- 3 lb. lean venison
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 to 2 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Cut venison in strips with grain.

2Mix all ingredients and marinate meat overnight.

3Remove and dry with paper towels. Place on cookie sheet.

4Dry in 200Β° oven for 6 to 8 hours or until dry to touch.

5Cool and store in tightly sealed jar.
