Ingredients

  • 3 lb. lean venison
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 to 2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Cut venison in strips with grain.

    Mix all ingredients and marinate meat overnight.

    Remove and dry with paper towels. Place on cookie sheet.

    Dry in 200Β° oven for 6 to 8 hours or until dry to touch.

    Cool and store in tightly sealed jar.
