- 3 lb. venison
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- salt
Directions

1Cut venison in 1/2-inch wide and 1/4-inch thick strips.

2Mix salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire and soy sauce.

3Pour on meat and marinate overnight. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.

4Dry in oven on very low heat (about 250Β°) for 5 to 6 hours.
