- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco to taste
Directions

1Mix ingredients and marinate meat in it for 12 hours.

2Put meat on a rack in a shallow baking dish.

3Heat oven to 150° and bake meat for 10 to 12 hours, until dry.
