  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. meat
  • 1/4 c. Lea & Perrins sauce
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

    Cut meat across the grain into 1/2-inch thick slices.

    Put in large bowl.

    Mix sauces and spices and marinate meat overnight (12 hours).
