- 2 lb. lean venison
- 1/4 lb. beef fat
- 1/4 lb. mild pork sausage
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ketchup
Directions

1Grind venison, beef fat and sausage with a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper.

2Combine egg, milk, onion and green pepper; blend with the meat.

3Shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.

4Spread ketchup across the top and bake 2 hours at 350°.
