  • 2 lb. lean venison
  • 1/4 lb. beef fat
  • 1/4 lb. mild pork sausage
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ketchup

Directions

    Grind venison, beef fat and sausage with a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper.

    Combine egg, milk, onion and green pepper; blend with the meat.

    Shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.

    Spread ketchup across the top and bake 2 hours at 350°.
