  • 1 pound Venison, Ground
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 whole Onion, Minced
  • 1/2 whole Green Pepper, Finely Diced
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cups Mushrooms, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Thyme Leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

    Combine 1 cup of the marinara sauce with the remaining ingredients, saving the remaining sauce to top the loaf.

    Allow the mixture to set up for at least half an hour, to blend flavors.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 4.

    Form the mixture into a loaf shape, and place on a greased, foil-lined cookie sheet.
