Ingredients
- 5 lb. venison roast
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. ketchup
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 2 medium onions (grated)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Roast venison until tender.

2Cool and cut into bite size pieces.

3Mix all ingredients except flour and pour over venison in plastic or stainless steel container.

4Let marinate for 24 hours, mixing occasionally.

5Thicken with flour and water mixture and simmer for at least 1 hour.

6Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
