- venison roast
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can French onion beef stock soup
- 1 can water
- 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
Directions

1Brown roast in oil and put in crock-pot or slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.

2Add cream of celery and French onion soups, water and bell pepper.

3Let roast cook overnight.

4If desired, potatoes and carrots may be added.

5Thicken gravy with cornstarch before serving.
