- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 c. water
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 3 Tbsp. Texas Pete
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 hot peppers, cut up
Directions

1Place in pan and marinate for 12 hours.

2Cook, covered, for 4 to 4 1/2 hours at 325°.

3Turn at 3 hours. Remove from oven.

4Leave covered and spoon juice over meat several times.
