  • 1 (12 to 15 lb.) leg
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. Texas Pete
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 hot peppers, cut up

Directions

    Place in pan and marinate for 12 hours.

    Cook, covered, for 4 to 4 1/2 hours at 325°.

    Turn at 3 hours. Remove from oven.

    Leave covered and spoon juice over meat several times.
