- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 c. water (boiling)
Directions

1Chill meat that has been cleaned and cubed. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to each quart jar. Pack meat in jar tight. Do not add liquid. Pressure cook 90 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
