Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground venison
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fat
  • 3/4 c. tomato paste
  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. noodles
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Melt fat in heavy skillet.

    Add meat, garlic, parsley and onion; brown slightly.

    Combine tomato paste, water, sugar and pepper.

    Add to meat and mix.

    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

    Add noodles, cover and cook until noodles are tender.

    Serve with cheese.
