  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cubes butter or oleo

Directions

    While gathering ingredients, melt butter in 13 x 9-inch glass pan or 2 glass pie pans at 425°.

    In a blender, mix the eggs, milk, flour and salt until smooth.

    Pour egg mixture into melted butter slowly, to not crack hot plate or pan.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 425°.

    Serve with powdered sugar and lemon juice, syrups or yogurt.

    Puffs up.

    Serve at once.
