- 4 lbs venison steak
- 1 cup butter
- pepper, to your liking
- 12 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
Directions

1Rub Venison with butter and pepper and let sit for 15 minutes.

2Using medium high heat,melt remaining butter in a large frying pan.

3Place Venison into the pan and sear them

42 1/2 minutes on each side and remove to serving platter.

5Pour cream and broth into the pan and stir constantly for 4 minutes.

6Pour sauce over Venison and serve.
