  • 4 lbs venison steak
  • 1 cup butter
  • pepper, to your liking
  • 12 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth

Directions

    Rub Venison with butter and pepper and let sit for 15 minutes.

    Using medium high heat,melt remaining butter in a large frying pan.

    Place Venison into the pan and sear them
  4. 4
    2 1/2 minutes on each side and remove to serving platter.

    Pour cream and broth into the pan and stir constantly for 4 minutes.

    Pour sauce over Venison and serve.
