- 2 eggs
- milk
- flour
- 2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix flour, salt, pepper and Creole seasoning in one bowl. Break eggs into a bowl and add a small amount of milk.

2Beat.

3Cut the venison into serving sizes; flour them and then dip into the egg mixture.

4Then flour again.

5Fry in a pan with vegetable oil. After frying, place in a covered dish in the oven at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
