  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato catsup
  • 1/2 c. water

    When ready to broil, heat an iron skillet until almost smoking. Add 1/2 stick of butter which will

    Quickly put in steaks;

    brown on one side.

    on other. (Serve on the rare side.) Place

    Add to skillet drippings, Worcestershire
