Venison Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • ??? c. chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. beef bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour, mixed with 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning

Directions

    Brown meat and onions in oil.

    Add all other ingredients, except sour cream.

    Cook, covered, in oven at 350° for at least 2 hours, until tender, or on top of stove, covered.

    Simmer until tender.

    When finished, cool.

    Mix in the sour cream.

    Serve over wide noodles.
