- 2 lb. stew meat
- ??? c. chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour, mixed with 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning
Directions

1Brown meat and onions in oil.

2Add all other ingredients, except sour cream.

3Cook, covered, in oven at 350° for at least 2 hours, until tender, or on top of stove, covered.

4Simmer until tender.

5When finished, cool.

6Mix in the sour cream.

7Serve over wide noodles.
