  • 4 small potatoes, diced in large pieces
  • 5 carrots, cut in large pieces
  • 3 stalks celery, cut up
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut up
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 5 onions

    Put meat in heavy pot. Season.

    Add vegetables and soups. Cover and bake 3 hours at 300°.
