Venison Stroganoff

  • 1 lb. venison sirloin
  • 1 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cut the sirloin into thin strips.

    Brown in Crisco.

    Add onions and garlic; cook until onion is tender.

    Combine soup, sour cream, mushrooms, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.

    Pour over meat and cook over low heat until done.

    Serve over egg noodles.
