- 1 lb. venison sirloin
- 1 Tbsp. Crisco
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cut the sirloin into thin strips.

2Brown in Crisco.

3Add onions and garlic; cook until onion is tender.

4Combine soup, sour cream, mushrooms, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.

5Pour over meat and cook over low heat until done.
