- 1 lb. venison round steak or rump roast
- 2 cans onion soup
- 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can mushrooms
- butter
Directions

1Cut meat in thin strips and wrap in foil.

2Bake 1 hour.

3Add to soup and sour cream.

4Bake 30 minutes.

5Saute mushrooms in butter before adding to mixture.

6Serve on wild rice. Half brown rice may be used in place of the wild rice.
