  • 4 lb. venison, cubed
  • 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. onions, sliced
  • 2 cans cream of tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 lb. noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Brown meat, mushrooms and onions in butter until onions are done.

    Add soup, water, seed and seasoning.

    Stir, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently.

    Just prior to serving over noodles, blend in sour cream.
