- 4 lb. venison, cubed
- 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. onions, sliced
- 2 cans cream of tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1 lb. noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Brown meat, mushrooms and onions in butter until onions are done.

2Add soup, water, seed and seasoning.

3Stir, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently.

4Just prior to serving over noodles, blend in sour cream.
