- 1 1/2 lb. ground lean venison
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter.

2Stir in ground venison, mushrooms, seasonings and flour; saute 5 minutes.

3Add soup and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.

4Cover and simmer 20 minutes more.

5Stir in sour cream.

6Heat and serve with rice or noodles.
