  • 2 lb. ground venison
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. peppercorns or coarse ground pepper

Directions

    Mix ingredients well.

    Shape into rolls.

    Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator for 24 hours.

    Take off foil and bake on racks a little over an hour, turning once, at 300°.

    Will keep for 3 weeks in refrigerator or can be frozen.
