- 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. peppercorns or coarse ground pepper
Directions

1Mix ingredients well.

2Shape into rolls.

3Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator for 24 hours.

4Take off foil and bake on racks a little over an hour, turning once, at 300°.

5Will keep for 3 weeks in refrigerator or can be frozen.
