- 1 lb. venison tenderloin, cut in pieces 1/2-inch thick with all fat removed
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- 3 c. water
Directions

1Venison should be soaked in salt water 1 hour or more before using.

2Roll venison in flour, salt and pepper and brown in frypan with small amount of oil.

3Bring onion soup mixed with 3 cups water to boil for a few minutes.

4Place venison in baking dish and pour soup mixture over it.

5Bake at 325° until tender, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
