- 4 to 6 venison tenderloins
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except tenderloins.

4Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 8 hours.

6Grill over medium-hot coals to desired doneness.
