  • 4 to 6 venison tenderloins
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
