- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 4 c. hot water
- 18 oz. can tomato sauce or puree
- 1 small can chickpeas
- 1 can zucchini
- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed veggies
- 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
Directions

1Saute meat with onion for 10 minutes or until meat is browned. Add remaining ingredients all together, mixing well.

2In a deep saucepan on medium heat, stir occasionally for 10 to 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

3Serves about 6 to 8.
