  • 8 oz. vermicelli (thin spaghetti)
  • 1 c. fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 c. fresh cauliflower florets
  • 4 oz. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 c. half and half cream
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
