- 8 oz. vermicelli (thin spaghetti)
- 1 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 1 c. fresh cauliflower florets
- 4 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 c. half and half cream
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook vermicelli and set aside.

2Cook vegetables until al dente.

3Combine cream, butter, chives, basil and nutmeg.

4Cook until hot.

5Combine sauce with vegetables.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
