- 6 lb. chuck roast or round steak
- 3 c. onions, chopped
- 1 c. cooking wine
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut meat in 1/4-inch pieces.

2Brown in skillet and add onions, wine, salt, pepper and bouillon cubes.

3Lower heat, cover and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.

4Serve this as you would any pot roast.
