  • 1 deep dish pie crust
  • chopped cured ham, cooked pan sausage, ground beef or shrimp
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)

Directions

    Cover bottom of pie crust with choice of meat.

    Sprinkle the Swiss cheese over meat.

    Sprinkle flour over the cheese.

    Beat the remaining ingredients; pour over the cheese and meat.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes, or until firm.
